With over 15 years of experience as a School Nutrition Director, I provide expert guidance to school districts, charter schools, and private schools throughout Central California. Based in Bakersfield, I partner with education leaders to strengthen school meal program performance, ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, and optimize day-to-day operations. My services include program consultation and needs assessment, compliance and administrative review preparation, operational assessments, menu planning and nutritional analysis, financial management and cost control, procurement and vendor management, and kitchen operations and workflow optimization.

My work focuses on building and enhancing sustainable, student-centered nutrition programs that are efficient, financially sound, and positioned for long-term success. I also support program expansion such as  Smart Snacks and à la carte vending programs, grant support including Kitchen Infrastructure and Training funding, and staff training and leadership development. Through a practical, hands-on approach, I help schools implement systems that not only meet regulatory standards but truly serve students, staff, and the broader school community.
